The company itself deserves 0 stars. The driver was nice enough to bring the overall experience up to deserving 1 star. Customer service on the phone is about as rude an unhelpful as you can get. If the IRS is paying any attention to my google review, I recommend auditing the company. I called for information about a past ride and they refused - likely because they keep poor records. I'd bet a buttered hog they're filing fraudulent tax returns. When in doubt, just use Uber.
