I was able to contact technical support for a problem with my M6 device. They were very kind, the technician tried to understand the problem and solved it, also gave me a lot of advice on the evolv, which I will most likely buy for my mother. Fortunately, there are still serious people who are willing to listen. Thanks a lot.
