I have had mixed experiences with Oscar Rideshare. While some drivers have been excellent and provided a great service, there have been a few occasions where the drivers arrived late or took longer routes, resulting in a higher fare. The customer support team was responsive and resolved the issues promptly, but it was still an inconvenience. I hope the company takes steps to ensure consistent quality in their services.
