This is a review for the Physical Therapy staff at Vista in Lindenhurst. After the lockdown from COVID last year, I found myself weak and unsteady on my feet. I had retired from my job as a Paramedic, so my online remote work kept me sedentary. I was assigned to work with Gem, and I will say she is extraordinary. She put me through rigorous workouts and within a few visits I was definitely feeling more steady. She kept me engaged as she had the uncanny ability to remember even small details about things I shared of my personal life. I had to miss a week after I got COVID, but she powered me through afterwards. The last few visits I was assigned to Ron, and he was just as great as Gem. Always kept me laughing with little jokes and remembered little details of my personal life. Both Therapists made me feel that I was special and engaged while I was with them. Kudos to the entire staff at the Lindenhurst Physical Therapy program!
