I purchased custom foot levelers here. The price was low, and so I thought it was the best place to go. It seemed like one of the inserts didn't provide enough arch support, so I contacted them to set up another appointment. They refused, and told me I needed to go to my original Chiropractor and have him refer me. When I called them again, they told me that they don't guarantee the foot levelers, and that I need to contact my chiropractor again for another referral so I could maybe get another pair. According to my chiropractor, foot levelers are supposed to last for my lifetime.
