I was fortunate for the sale of my Hordern Tower apartment for two reasons: timing and picking the right person for the job. I sold just before COVID this year. Even then, I managed to achieve a fantastic price for my apartment, thanks to Joseph and his team! They did something exceptional in my case. The final buyer didn't come from the market (otherwise, I would not have achieved the price I would have). He came from Joseph's database!
