I have called for over a week and have only spoken...

I have called for over a week and have only spoken to someone one time. I then was transferred to a voicemail. I left a voicemail and never got a return call. I have sat on hold for over 20 minutes each time and still no answer. I live almost an hour away so driving there and being told I have to have an appointment that I can t make would be extremely frustrating. TCL please work on the phone issue. This is so inconvenient for students!
