I had a mixed experience with Del Webb Homes. While the overall process was satisfactory and the house itself is of decent quality, the customer service could have been better. There were some delays and miscommunications during the construction phase. However, the issues were eventually addressed, and the end result was a satisfactory home. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
