I had a terrible experience with Empire Protective Services. The security guards were extremely unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. They were rude and unhelpful when I asked them for assistance. Additionally, their response time was incredibly slow, and it felt like they didn't take their job seriously. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
