I do most of my shopping in the very early morning...

I do most of my shopping in the very early morning, so generally self-checkout isn't an issue. I am a disabled person with a bad back that can't stand for very long. I finished grabbing my groceries, and since the cart was full, asked for assistance checking out. Diane, said just a minute while she stood there chatted up a customer, and apparently called someone over to replace some paper for a receipt. After standing there for 10 minutes I walked out the door, stewed in my car for a minute about the horrible experience, went in and asked Diane her name, she gave it, and when I explained I was going to complain, she then offered to check me out at that point. Worst customer experience I've had in about 10 years. I won't be returning anytime soon without an apology.

This is at the Orem, UT Sandhill location.
