I had a mixed experience during my stay at The Lotus hotels and apartment hotels. While the location was convenient and the rooms were clean and comfortable, I encountered some issues with the staff. There were instances where they seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive to guests' needs. However, overall, it was an average stay and I would consider giving it another chance in the future.
