If you like emails & phone calls being ignored or not responded to, this is the company for you. We have held a NRAS property with this company for six years and upon selling the property have been waiting for weeks to get confirmation that the licence will be purchased back by Yaran, which was the recommended option by one of its employees! It seems they have excellent service when trying to lure new clients but zero respect or service when those same clients leave!
