Computer Logistics taken care of all our IT needs with fast response times and great service, and friendly and knowledgeable technicians that understand our specific network and our urgency about up-time. Our IT needs changed dramatically with COVID-19 precautions in place, while they were very busy with many clients moving to working from home, they stepped up and made the adjustments to take us from a small centralized network, to a multi-state employer. Computer Logistics takes ownership of all any of our IT issues. They coordinate with all of our vendors, from client hosted servers, VPN, physical phones, internet provider, secondary internet fail over, Network Printer Management, faxing, scanning, workstation updates and upgrades, to simple user issues like forgotten passwords. They are fast as solving problems, they explain things in plain English without talking down to you. I would give Computer Logistics six stars if we could.
