I have been a customer of Schnitzer And Slate Insur Agcy for several years now, and I can say that their service is average at best. While their rates are competitive, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I have had multiple issues with getting my claims processed in a timely manner, and it always feels like I have to jump through hoops to get any assistance. Overall, I would say they are just an average insurance agency.
