I have been a customer of Ihatetomatoes.net for a while now, and I must say I am not impressed. The overall experience with their website is lacking. The design feels outdated and there are a lot of usability issues. The navigation is confusing, and it takes forever to load pages. I expected more from a company that claims to be a leader in web development. The only reason I haven't switched to another platform yet is that I am too comfortable with their system.
