🏢The company provides a wide selection of flooring options on their website, making it easy to find what you're looking for. However, the user experience could have been improved. The website's layout feels outdated and navigation is quite confusing at times. The lack of detailed product descriptions makes it harder to make a decision. 🕵️‍♂️The customer service was average, as they responded to my inquiries in a reasonable amount of time, but didn't go above and beyond to assist me. The delivery process was smooth and on time, which was a plus. 💲As for the pricing, it was neither too expensive nor too cheap. It felt fair for the quality of the products. Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvement.
