I recently used the services of a pet grooming company based in North Carolina. Overall, my experience with the company was average. On their website, the layout was neat and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate through the different services they offered. However, I found that the communication from the company was lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times. The grooming service itself was satisfactory, but not outstanding. While my pet looked clean and well-groomed, I felt that some attention to detail was missing. The pricing was reasonable, but I expected a bit more considering the reputation of the company. Overall, it was an average experience, nothing exceptional.
