I recently visited a salon and it was a complete disaster. The hairstylist didn't listen to my requests and ended up giving me a haircut I hated. I was so frustrated and disappointed. But then I found A Total New You and they completely turned things around for me. The staff were amazing and made sure to understand exactly what I wanted. The end result was perfect and I couldn't be happier!
