I recently used the services of Lpointe and found their services to be just average. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the information I needed. However, I did encounter some issues with the checkout process, and the customer support response was slow. The product I purchased was of decent quality, but nothing exceptional. Overall, the experience was okay, but there were definitely areas that could be improved upon. I appreciate the effort in providing a user-friendly website, but there is room for improvement in the customer service department. I would consider using their services again if I don't find better options elsewhere.
