I recently used this company for digital marketing services and found their website to be very informative and user-friendly. However, I was disappointed with the lack of personalized attention and follow-up from their team. While their website promises a tailored approach, I felt like I was just another number to them. The services provided were average, but they didn't go above and beyond to truly understand my business needs. The pricing was fair, but I wish they had offered more value for the cost. Overall, I would say my experience was satisfactory but not exceptional. I hope they can improve their customer engagement in the future. 🤔
