I recently purchased window treatments from the company and was somewhat disappointed with the overall experience. 🙁 While the website was easy to navigate, the variety of products was limited. The customer service was helpful but a bit slow in responding to my inquiries. Additionally, the delivery of the blinds took longer than expected, causing some inconvenience. On a positive note, the quality of the blinds was decent, and the installation process was smooth. Overall, it was an average experience, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of product selection and delivery efficiency.
