I can't say enough about this facility and its friendly and knowledgeable staff. I willingly drive 30 minutes in each direction for the best programming and widest range of equipment around and never once question it! Whether it's as an adult or the kids classes, you know that you are valued and welcome, and the trainers always make sure you are safe but challenged beyond what you thought possible! The owner's constant presence shows the commitment that has made it what it is. Keep it up guys!
