Everybody inside the building is really nice I'm staying at the shelter called the East Bay Community project off of 75th and International they have a kitchen there so they go to the Alameda food bank to buy food for the shelter to feed 150 people breakfast lunch and dinner and not the slot that they serve at most of the other shelters where they just put everything together they actually make a decent breakfast with eggs potatoes bacon with some fruit and water coffee and juice lunch they made burritos homemade burritos tuna casserole lasagna for dinner we have fried chicken or baked chicken fried fish baked fish with some rice or mashed potatoes with some gravy on top of it send green beans mixed vegetables I just make like a real course meal
