I found FLB Architecture & Planning to be average in terms of their design quality and customer service. While the overall experience was not great, it was not terrible either. The team was responsive to my inquiries and completed the project within the agreed timeline. However, I expected more attention to detail and creativity in their designs. Overall, I would consider hiring them again but only if I don't find a better option.
