So I totally found Tankfarm on accident when I saw...

So I totally found Tankfarm on accident when I saw a guy on one of the automotive youtube channels I follow wearing a "support your local brewery" hat. A bit of googling later lead me to the extact one from Tankfarm. I immediately put the hat in my cart and found a free shipping coupon. Rather than leaving it at that, I took that shipping savings and bought a hat on clearance for the same cost I saved in shipping...score! The next morning I get an email from Alex that the clearance hat selected was out of stock and offered to send me any hat they have. To be fair, I find another clearance hat I like and email them back. A couple days later I get my hats...did not have to wait weeks or even a week ....in these days of Amazon's instant gratification shopping, this is a must. Brewery hat fits great but the clearance hat is a style that has a shallow bucket and sits too high on my giant head. I email Alex to ask if I can exchange it. He very quickly emails me a return label and asks what other hat I would like. I ask him about the depth another hat that is not on clearance and verified it would be similar to the brewery hat that fit great. I send it back and get my replacement in a couple days. Hat is awesome, Alex is awesome (hope that is a real person) and Tankfarm has a new customer. Hope to visit the store some day too.
