I have been a member of Ladies Fitness Plus Sunrise, LLC for over a year now, and I can confidently say that it's been one of the best decisions I've made. The trainers are dedicated and supportive. The variety of classes and equipment is impressive. I feel stronger and healthier thanks to this gym!
