We met with a few different brokerages in our area but our meeting with Larose Team (Kevin and Channing) felt like they had their pulse on what was truly attainable and their package was complete with many comparables of our area that didn't pull any punches. We value honesty and integrity above everything else and we felt others weren't quite as informative or up front. We were paired with Channing Prater and there couldn't have been a better match. He just got us and was extremely knowledgable. We actually had fun looking at houses with him. Something both of us had never experienced!
When we did find different properties we were interested in he got us the info needed to make an informed decision on the property. Channing even went to a city heritage meeting with us to inquire about building requirements for a listing of interest. If it wasn't for Channing's keen eye and quick action we would have never found our dream house. We are proud and happy with our purchase and Channing has quickly become our friend through this process. In addition, we also recently retained Channing's services (Larose Team) to rent out a property of ours too. Channing was able to negotiate over asking for our monthly lease price!
