Groupe vivescia is a decent company. Their website, vivescia.com, was reasonably easy to navigate, but I found it lacking in terms of design and user experience. The content provided is informative, but it could be more organized. In terms of customer service, my experience was average. The response time was acceptable, but the representatives could have been more knowledgeable. I think Groupe vivescia has the potential to improve and provide a better overall experience.
