This was my first experience with a Lexus dealership, as this is my first servicing of my car, but a great experience it was. Working with Ted, I was able to get the servicing I needed for my car and also I was provided with a loaner car, that allowed me to continue my daily routine without any impediments to my schedule. Ted was awesome and did a great job of giving me detailed information about the results of the car servicing and how Hendrick Lexus can accommodate me in getting those issues fixed. In previous dealership experiences I have not always felt like a welcome customer, but at Hendrick everyone on staff treated was nice and welcoming. I will definitely be back and recommend you should visit them as well.
