This company is A+++ to us!!! We have an AVAYA phone system that was hit by lightening for the 2nd time. The company who installed our system was incompetent to say the least, so I needed another AVAYA dealer in our area. From my first phone call with Brooks who was polite and efficient, to James, who took the time to speak with me on the phone to see what kind of trouble we were having with our system, all the way to Brian who came out the next day and fixed our issue in an efficient and timely manner and even went the extra mile to install some safe guards to help alleviate this happening again. The entire staff showed genuine concern and professionalism. As a small business owner myself, that combination of loyalty and teamwork is hard to find.
