I recently joined the United States Shorinji Kempo Federation, Inc. and I must say that I am highly impressed with their training program. The instructors are knowledgeable and patient, and they truly care about the progress of each student. The classes are well-structured and provide a good balance of technique, conditioning, and self-defense skills. The atmosphere at the dojo is very conducive to learning and everyone is friendly and supportive. I am grateful to have found such a great martial arts community!
