The experience with Paula Ward's Ireland was average. The package we took for our family trip was not as per our expectations. The itinerary provided to us was confusing and we had to make a lot of adjustments during the trip. However, the accommodation and transportation arrangements were satisfactory. Overall, it was an okay experience.
