I had an average experience with Jt2d. The website was easy to navigate and the process of purchasing their products was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would say that their services are decent, but there is definitely room for improvement.
