I would rate Go responsible sp. z o.o. as average. While their commitment to responsible travel is commendable, I encountered some issues with their customer service. The goresponsible.pl website provided valuable information, but the response times to my inquiries were slow, and the answers provided were not always satisfactory. There is definitely room for improvement in this area.
