I had a mixed experience with Eman Engenharia de Manutenção de Sistemas Elétricos Ltda. While the technicians were competent and completed the job, I found their customer service to be lacking. The communication was not great and it took longer than expected to get the work scheduled. However, the quality of their work was satisfactory. I believe there is room for improvement in their customer service department.
