I had a rather mixed experience with Groupe Gustave Portier Industries SA. On one hand, their products are of excellent quality and the website provides a lot of useful information. On the other hand, their customer service needs improvement. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and their communication was not very clear. Overall, I would rate them as average.
