I am a CUSTOMER of Modern reliance and I must say their service is average. The website modernreliance.com is easy to navigate and the products are displayed well. However, their customer support needs improvement. It took them a while to respond to my query and I had to wait for a long time to get a resolution. Overall, I would rate them 3 out of 5 stars.
