When I called regarding an issue that was showing ...

When I called regarding an issue that was showing on LoanCare's end that I was late for a payment, I was talked to line I didn't know what I was talking about. That I didn't understand how my mortgage payment was sperated by principal, interest and escrow. They did not listen to me about what my actual call was regarding. I have been working on this but calling to get this corrected since September 2020. My most 5 call was January 29, 2021 and it still NOT fixed. I am seriously thinking of refinancing with another bank. I am so disappointed, each call I make they assure me that an order has been placed and it be corrected within 3 business days and when I follow up it has NOT been fixed!
