I had an average experience with R2 connect / infranet. The website (r2connect.com) was easy to navigate and find information about their services. However, I found their customer support to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would say the company is just average.
