Initial greeting was less than welcoming as a "can I help you" was uttered from behind a cell phone without even looking up. Finally after saying we would like to check in, was the death grip on the cell phone broken. The transaction was completed without any friendly interaction, but with repeated emphasis that if we broke anything our credit card was on file and could be charged if we failed to report any accidents or malicious damage was caused. We were a little apprehensive when checking out, but was welcomed by a very friendly person who was a delight, wishing us a safe trip home.
