I had a mixed experience with Taeks. The customer service was prompt and helpful, but the quality of their products was inconsistent. Some of the items I ordered were great, while others had issues. I appreciate the effort they put into resolving the problems, but I expected better quality overall. Despite the issues, I believe Taeks has the potential to improve and provide an excellent service in the future.
