This Company is horrible. Not only do they give 0 help in an economic crisis and pandemic, but their employees, Samantha L Klopack and Jason R. Citro are the antithesis of customer service. There agent charged me $200+ more than they said they would inputting a phone payment to my monthly finance. Samantha immediately tried to push the mistake off their Company and when I asked her supervisor Jason for a simple response on what would happen with the excess money all he had was sarcasm. Didn t follow up with any customer service complaints because it s clear this is just their corporate culture.
