I had a disappointing experience with Tottini. The product I ordered arrived damaged, and when I contacted their customer service, they were not very helpful. It took a long time to get a replacement, and they did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience. The quality of the product itself was average at best. I would not recommend Tottini based on my experience.
