I have been working with Sampark software pvt ltd for over a year now and I must say that the experience has been average. While the company provides good opportunities for growth, there are some areas that need improvement. The work environment is decent and the team is supportive. However, there have been instances where the work-life balance has been compromised. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
