I had a decent experience with Travel Oriented. The overall service was good, and the staff was friendly. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, there were a few hiccups along the way. It took a while to get my confirmation email, and I had some trouble reaching their customer support. Overall, I would rate them as average.
