Really rubbish. Don't pay these people, they collect your money (which is fine cos if you owe it you gotta pay it) but then they keep it not passing it onto the lender. When the lender (in this case HMRC) gets threatening Credit Solution Ltd deny having received it even when presented with bank statement proof. After loads of telephone calls and ignored e-mails, have taken this to the financial ombudsman. My best advice would be if you have the money to pay your bill, contact the supplier directly and pay them, NOT Credit Solutions Limited.
