I have been a customer of GEMBO for a few years now, and I must say their service is average. The website is easy to navigate, but the overall experience could be improved. I appreciate their prompt response to inquiries, but I often encounter technical glitches. The customer support team is generally helpful, although there have been instances where their solutions did not fully address my concerns.
