Having worked as a very senior nurse in quite a few NHS institutions in the last 21 years I must say the care I received at St Mary's Hospital Paddington has been the worst yet. From omissions in care provision, being accused of 'pretending' to be ill, unsafe discharge, I could go on and on about the negligence. I can speak for myself but who speaks for those patients who can't speak for themselves, who don't have a voice????
