I had an average experience with Purifoy & Mitchell. The website purifoyandmitchell.com was easy to navigate and the information provided was helpful. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had to wait a long time to get a response to my inquiries and when I did finally receive a response, it was not very helpful. Overall, I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer service.
