I've been a resident at Kensington Park Apts for over two years now and I have to say that I am very satisfied with my experience here. The management is responsive and the maintenance team is quick to address any issues. The location is fantastic, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The only downside is the occasional noisy neighbors, but it's to be expected in an apartment complex. Overall, I would rate it as average.
